A steamy, soothing mug of Chamomile tea. . .
If you love herbal tea, you most likely already know chamomile tea as the 'night-time' tea.
This tea, with its mild sedative effects, is treasured for its ability to relieve insomnia and encourage a good night's sleep, free of nightmares. Although the complete plant of chamomile is good for health , but in tea we can use 70%of stem part and only 30% the dried flower. This ratio is suitable for all.

1 tsp of Chamomile Tea
2 cups water
2 small pieces of Rock Sugar (Misri)
Juice of lemon/lime or 1/2 teaspoon of crushed dried lime.
Bring water to a boil in a kettle.
Take 1 tsp of Chamomile Tea and place it in a teapot.
Pour in the hot water cover and steep for 15 minutes.
Strain the tea and serve hot with rock candy, honey or lemon juice depending on your taste.
(This is not only the flower of chamomile 80 to 90% tea contain stem and the rest of part is dried flower)
