1 tsp of Lavender  Tea

2 cups water

2 small pieces of Rock Sugar (Misri)

Juice of lemon/lime or 1/2 teaspoon of crushed dried lime.


Bring water to a boil in a kettle.

Take 1 tsp of Lavender  Tea and place it in a teapot.

Pour in the hot water cover and steep for 15 minutes.  

Strain the tea and serve hot with rock candy, honey or lemon juice depending on your taste.

    Relaxing tea taste is not as good.
    Pansari Lavender Tea is very relaxing tea, its taste is not as good as green tea or lemon grass tea but it helps in sleep.
